These Terms of Service govern your use of the VitCornu website (vitcornu.com) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

VitCornu is a trading name of KWW Management Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 06938048). Registered address: Safestore, Padholme Rd East, Peterborough PE1 5XL, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and purchase products from VitCornu. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we reasonably believe the purchaser is under 18.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability or accessibility.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable UK VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are correct at the time of entering your order. All products are subject to availability.

5. Product Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to display product colours, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product colours may vary depending on your device display settings.
  • Product packaging, labels and design may differ from images shown on our website, as suppliers may update packaging without prior notice.
  • Where products are supplied by third-party manufacturers, formulations and ingredients may change. Always refer to the product label for the most current information.

These variations do not constitute a fault or misdescription and are not grounds for return under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, provided the product otherwise matches its description and is of satisfactory quality.

6. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment providers displayed at checkout.

7. Contract Formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

A binding contract between you and KWW Management Limited is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until that point, we may decline or cancel your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

8. Our Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including where:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued by our supplier
  • We identify a pricing or product description error on our website
  • We are unable to verify your payment or delivery information
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of payment details
  • The order appears to be for commercial resale rather than personal use
  • We are unable to deliver to your specified address

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

9. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing kevin.whitehorn@vitcornu.com with your order number. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Goods must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or incorrectly shipped.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase. We will refund the product price and the original standard delivery cost. If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, we will refund only the standard delivery cost.

Exceptions to the cooling-off period:

This right does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where the seal is broken, for health protection or hygiene reasons (this includes opened supplement containers)
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

For faulty or incorrectly shipped items, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and delivery method for each product.

Delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery - typically 3-5 business days from dispatch
  • Express Delivery - typically 1-2 business days from dispatch (available for selected products)

Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Supplier-direct fulfilment:

Some products are dispatched directly by our trusted suppliers. Where your order contains items from different suppliers, you may receive your order in separate deliveries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for each item are displayed at checkout.

Risk and ownership:

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified at checkout. Ownership of the products passes to you when we receive full payment.

Failed deliveries:

If delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being available to accept the goods, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot. If goods are returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

19. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather events, or epidemics/pandemics
  • Acts of government, regulatory changes, embargoes, or sanctions
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or industrial action
  • Supply chain disruption, supplier failure, or raw material shortages
  • Failure of telecommunications networks, power supply, or internet services
  • Delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers

Where a force majeure event affects our ability to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and use reasonable efforts to minimise the delay. If the delay exceeds 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we will issue a full refund.

21. Transfer of Rights
