Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
UK Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and delivery method for each product in your order.
Delivery options:
- Standard Delivery - typically 3-5 business days from dispatch
- Express Delivery - typically 1-2 business days from dispatch (available for selected products)
Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Express delivery may not be available for all products.
Delivery delays:
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we will contact you by email to let you know. Where possible, we will provide an updated delivery estimate and give you the option to continue waiting or cancel for a full refund.
How shipping is calculated:
Shipping costs vary by product because our items differ in weight, size and packaging requirements. The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase - there are no hidden charges.
Some products are fulfilled directly by our trusted suppliers to ensure the fastest possible delivery. In these cases, shipping rates are set by the supplier and displayed at checkout. You may receive items in separate deliveries if your order contains products from different suppliers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If tracking is not available for your delivery method, we will confirm the expected delivery window by email.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
To report an issue, email kevin.whitehorn@vitcornu.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the packaging and product (for damaged items)
We aim to resolve all delivery issues within 5 business days. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Packaging
We are committed to reducing unnecessary packaging waste. Our products are packed securely to protect them during transit, using minimal and recyclable materials wherever possible. Where products are fulfilled by our suppliers, we work with partners who share our commitment to responsible packaging practices.

Returns
If you change your mind, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is 2.99 GBP, payable by the customer. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
For faulty or incorrectly shipped items, we will issue a full refund with no return required.
