Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email kevin.whitehorn@vitcornu.com with your order number. Please do not send items back without first contacting us - returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, return postage is payable by you at a flat rate of 2.99 GBP. We will provide return instructions once your return is authorised.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent you the wrong product, we will issue a full refund with no return required. You do not need to send the item back.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at kevin.whitehorn@vitcornu.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging (for damaged goods)

We aim to resolve all issues within 5 business days. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplement containers (for health protection and hygiene reasons)
  • Products with broken seals
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale (unless faulty)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Your Statutory Cooling-Off Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return (or confirmed a faulty item), we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at kevin.whitehorn@vitcornu.com.
