Can you share the shipping charge?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.

Do you offer international Shipping?

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

What about the lost or missing package?

Vitcornu are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

What about the custom fee?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.


Can I get refund of any product?

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on in accordance with the terms below.

What is the procedure?

A return authorization must be requested within 14 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at [email protected] to request and receive an RMA.

The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product. 
Once an RMA is received please return the item and email us back with the RMA and the tracking# so we can track your return.

You must return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Do you offer exchange?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with further instructions on where to return the item for an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges beyond 14 days from the date of delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can. But you have to make the cancellation before the products ship. Once it shipped, you can't open cancelation.
