Technology plays an important role in society today; it has positive and negative effects on the world which means it will impact your daily life. You are constantly bombarded with information because technology, in all its splendor, is a two-edged sword. On the one hand, it’s extremely liberating; it makes your life more convenient and manageable than before. On the other hand, it can be equally distracting and disorienting, since everyone tells you that you must be “connected” and “up to date” on everything.

Not only do you have something to look back to every time, but that will also allow you to better organize your thoughts and tasks.
